How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred gift basket, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process. For multiple baskets to multiple addresses, please download and fill out our Large Order Form.
Can I customize a gift basket?
Yes! While our baskets are thoughtfully curated, we’re happy to accommodate substitutions or special requests whenever possible. You can also include a personalized card message for each recipient.
Can my company have a standing order to simplify the ordering process throughout the year? For example – a sympathy basket or new baby basket for employees when needed? Definitely! This is a mainstay of our business and we provide Get Well, Sympathy/Bereavement, New Baby, Long Service Award Baskets, etc. for many companies. Contact us today to set this up for your company!
What’s the minimum order price?
Our gift baskets start at $50, plus taxes and delivery fees.
Do you offer corporate or bulk ordering?
Absolutely. We specialize in corporate gifting and large orders. You can even keep your recipient list on file with us for future occasions. For large multiple basket orders, we are happy to create a custom design. We can even include promotional products in your baskets to enhance your company branding impact.
Can you include wine or liquor in your gift baskets?
Yes, we can! We cannot sell the alcohol, but we can arrange to pick it up for you and package it in your gift basket. For large multiple basket orders, we do this at no charge!
Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver in Winnipeg?
Yes, we offer local courier delivery to Winnipeg and surrounding areas for $12.50 (plus 5% GST).
Do you ship outside Winnipeg?
Yes! We ship gift baskets anywhere in Canada via FedEx or Canada Post, including major cities like Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, and remote communities.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Yes, there is an option when completing your order to select the preferred delivery date. For shipping, we do our best to meet requested delivery dates, but shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.

What types of items are included in your gift baskets?
We carry a large selection of fine European cookies, crackers, cheeses, and chocolates, as well as premium Canadian and Manitoban made gourmet foods from small businesses across the country.
Are your baskets gift-wrapped?
Yes. Every basket is wrapped in cellophane, tied with a high-quality ribbon, and decorated to suit the occasion or season. Gift boxes are tied with a ribbon and decorated to suit the occasion as well.

Policies & Hours
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time. We are closed on all major Canadian holidays and from December 24 to early January each year.
Where are you located?
We are based in La Salle, Manitoba, just minutes from Winnipeg.
What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
